Vinyasa

Vinyasa is a style of yoga linking movement to breath. It’s a dance of energies challenging the practitioner to become completely present. Vinyasa is a creative, intentional flow designed to help strengthen, tone and increase flexibility within an individual. Not just physically, but mentally, emotionally and energetically.

Classes with Zita are typically kept at a steady pace with options to increase intensity or take it down. Props are always recommended and time is given for inversions or advanced postures. They are suitable for all levels.

Slow Flow to Restore

A perfect entry point for those who are beginning to explore either a vinyasa or restorative practice. The vinyasa is slow, deep and intentional closing with restorative postures, complimenting the movement. It’s a practice that helps ease a busy mind in to softness. It’s a time to marry yin and yang. It’s a time to check in to check out.

This practice is 60mins and split 50/50 between vinyasa and restorative sequences. They are suitable for all levels, beginners and seasoned yogis are encouraged!
